“They All Laughed When I Bought My First Catering Trailer…

…but When I Made $3,257 in ONE DAY Selling My Favorite Foods To a Long Line Of Returning Happy Customers, At The Catering Pitch I’d Always Wanted…

Trust me, right off the bat I literally started with nothing…

I was sick of my job, working the daily grind for a corporate company that id long lost interest in. It wasn’t only boring, it was depressing, and there seemed to be no way out. I was barely scraping by and not enjoying my work, not to mention having no time to spend with family or friends.

Sure my job was cooking for people and working with food, but where was the money going for all my hard work…? Into someone else’s pocket!!

I knew nothing about starting in business but I did know my way around a kitchen. Id often dreamed of owning my very own restaurant but was a few pennies shy of the $500,000 it would take to get one off the ground. But then it hit me…

Start a Successful Mobile Catering Trailer Business!

I’d seen the catering trailers at shows, road sides and events all the time and it didn’t even occur to me that I could start my own mobile food outlet for a fraction of the price of a restaurant. Great!

It was a no brainer. A low start-up investment with high profitable returns being able to choose when and where you trade whilst cooking food for people doing something you enjoy for a living.  However I was skeptical about the idea at first…

I was starting out in business on my own having never done anything like it before and for the life of me could not find any information or guidance on starting a concession trailer business anywhere

Not only that, other concessionaires weren’t telling me diddly-squat about the industry and were keeping their secrets and how-to knowledge behind closed doors. No help there. So I figured I had 2 options

Work like a dog for someone else in a boring, demeaning job and ‘dream up’ half a million to ‘one day’ open a restaurant which by statistics would either fail in the first year or take 10+ years to realize a profit…

or

bite the bullet and finally part from the demanding existence that was the 9-5 and open up my own mobile food stand

Needless to say, I teamed up with a expert business plan writer and managed to develop a winning business plan to raise the money and bought my first catering trailer for around $1475.

Little did I realize, Id just spent my hard earned savings PLUS borrowed money to start in this business…and didn’t even know the legalities, where to go or even how or where to apply. I had taken the plunge and everything was on the line…

Out of sheer desperation I was forced to learn the fast-track ways to making a success of the catering trailer business and started to study the mobile food industry inside-out.  I dug deep into the laws and regulations of the mobile catering world and after a frustrating expedition of hunting for answers I eventually compiled my own personal goldmine of applicable information on how to start up in the mobile food business. However I quickly realized if was to get anywhere fast in this business I needed to learn

The Insider’s Secrets of the Catering Trailer Trade…

I searched hard and eventually managed to develop a mastermind of successful individuals and mentors who ran their own $100k-200k per-year mobile food businesses. Literally some of the greatest minds in mobile catering who had first hand experience at making REAL MONEY in the mobile food business and that’s when I discovered something very interesting

After endlessly consulting with successful concessionaires I realized that there was in fact a ‘systematic approach’ that the successful mobile food businesses were using to not only purchase their concession trailers and get them off the ground up and running often within a week, but also how to systematically pass the health and safety checks and get into the high earning events that most concession stand owners only dream of getting into.

The truth is, if you do what successful people do, you’ll get what successful people get, so I figured why try and re-invent the wheel right?

To cut a long story short, I copied their strategies and methods and started to GET REAL RESULTS passing all the health and safety checks and soon got into one of the country’s largest and busiest market trading catering pitches which many traders once told me was ‘impossible’ -impossible if you don’t know how I say

I was ecstatic, I had a profitable catering pitch and it seemed success was only round the corner, but then something happened, THINGS TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE…
