I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself, and the question you are probably asking:
“Who is Mike Carter?”
I’m actually a pretty normal guy, who went through a time when I really wasn’t enjoying or fulfilled by my career and decided that I needed to get this part of my life called “making money” handled.
I won’t bore you with the details, but I was going through a time where I was fed up with my nine till five
chef job, and wanted to make something of myself in my own restaurant or food related business but really didn’t have that much capital.

having fun and making great money too, and I said to myself “I am going to figure this out for myself, no matter what it takes”.
Well, it wasn’t exactly easy to “figure it out”. I spent the next few months reading a lot of books, business courses and scouring the net for any information I could find on how to really succeed in the mobile food vending world.
The real “break” came when I started meeting and hanging out with guys that were making BIG money in this business.
I’m talking about guys who were raking in small fortunes from tiny little operations who had figured out how to get profit-pulling locations and sell HOARDS of food and drink to hungry money spending customers and keep them coming back.
As I learned from these guys, I noticed that they did certain things and communicated in a certain way that allowed them to get into all kinds of profitable locations with their businesses and make WAY more money than most of the other vendors out there.
They’d use certain “profit tricks” to attract customers to their outlet and would do things like structure their outlet for fast serving times, create a menu of items to up-sell customers and set up in weird locations that miraculously made money.
To make a long story short, I made RAPID progress by learning from these high earning “mobile food vending masters”, and I took the things I learned from them… tested and refined the ideas into a SYSTEM… and put it all together for myself.
